Organizations Filed Purposes: THE COMPANY HAS AND WILL PROVIDE WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PLANNING, POLICY GUIDANCE, AND OVERSIGHT OF WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS IN WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN. THE COMPANY WILL COORDINATE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTOR ACTIVITIES TO CONSTRUCTIVELY AND EFFECTIVELY USE THE RESOURCES AVAILABLE TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING ACTIVITIES, AND TO SEEK TO IMPROVE EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED THROUGH VARIOUS PROGRAMS. THIS WILL INCLUDE GATHERING AND INTERPRETING LABOR MARKET DATA AND OTHER INFORMATION TO PUBLISH AND GUIDE DATA-DRIVEN DECISION-MAKING BY EMPLOYERS, SCHOOLS, AND OTHER CONSTITUENT GROUPS. GRANTS WILL BE PROVIDED TO ORGANIZATIONS FOR ON-THE-JOB TRAINING AND WORK EXPERIENCE PROGRAMS.

THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, SCIENTIFIC, OR RELIGIOUS PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. PRIMARILY, THIS CORPORATION WILL PROVIDE WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PLANNING, POLICY GUIDANCE, AND OVERSIGHT OF WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS IN THE WEST CENTRAL WISCONSIN WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT AREA INCLUDING BARRON, CHIPPEWA, CLARK, DUNN, EAU CLAIRE, PEPIN, PIERCE, POLK, AND ST. CROIX COUNTIES OF WISCONSIN, AND WILL COORDINATE ACTIVITIES OF THE PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTORS SO AS TO USE CONSTRUCTIVELY THE RESOURCES OF EACH IN DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING ACTIVITIES. A FURTHER GOAL IS TO ASSIST IN INCREASING PRIVATE SECTOR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED.

ADULT WIOA PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO HELP JOB SEEKERS ACCESS EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION INCLUDING CLASSES FOR CREDENTIALS OR SKILLS, TRAINING WHICH INCLUDES SUPERVISED PAID OR UNPAID WORK,OR PAID LEARNING EXPERIENCE IN THE WORKPLACE, AND SUPPORT SERVICES INCLUDING CLOTHING FOR INTERVIEWS, TOOLS, CAR REPAIRS, AND UNIFORM ASSISTANCE. CAREER SERVICES ARE ALSO PROVIDED WHICH INCLUDES JOB SEARCH, CAREER GUIDANCE AND DETERMINATION OF ELIGIBILITY AND SKILLS ASSESSMENTS.
